AmStaff Fitness Swedish Ladder
The AmStaff Fitness Swedish Ladder can be mounted to a wall (Concrete or wood studs), or it can be added/attached to an existing Rig setup.
The Swedish Ladder is built of 8ft Uprights, and 42" long rungs with a grip size of 1.25".
Dating back to the 19th century, Swedish Ladders have served as a simple, customizable tool for targeted stretching and bodyweight training—helping athletes develop better balance, flexibility, and core strength. Once associated more with gymnastic training, the ladder’s benefits have recently been embraced by trainers working with everyone from martial artists to power lifters.
