Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Simply click the link or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website to see the latest updates on your delivery.

Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
3. Common Tracking Questions
Q: My tracking says “Label Created,” but I haven’t received my package yet.
A: This usually means the carrier has received your shipping label, but your package has not yet been picked up. Please allow 1–2 business days for updates.
Q: My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my order.
A: Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, neighbors). If you still cannot find it, contact us immediately at mynixashop@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: We can only update your address if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes.
