Speed & Strength Training Bands & Harness Set

Improve spring speed, strength, rate of force production, and acceleration with the AmStaff Fitness Speed & Strength Training Bands & Harness Set! This training tool features an adjustable size Track Harness that has 5 heavy-duty D rings, which allow you to safely attach up to 5 resistance cords. Simply attach the 5ft resistance cords tether to the harness with the steel clip and attach the other clip to the foam padded nylon handle(s) to begin practice. A partner holds onto the handle and controls the level of resistance while you run forward. The Speed Harness is perfect for track and field practice or any sport training.

The track harness is made from soft webbing that will not cut into your shoulders and is designed to not restrict airflow while training. The track harness has a no slip snug fit which allows for fast directional changes without slipping or jerking you around.
